Life Transition

In the summer of 2016 I interviewed for a store manager position in north Idaho. The feedback I was given was that "my answers were too detailed" and that I wasn't selected. Shortly after I interviewed for a store manager position in Utah. I didn't get a call back for over 1 month. At the same time I was building a house and didn't plan on getting a position anytime soon. I figured it would take a few times interviewing because my past promotions took a few tries. The day after I closed on the new house I got the call to invite me to fly down and interview in person. I flew down and for first time in my life I saw the store that I'd be interviewing for. Shortly after I heard that I had gotten the position and I start asap. I lived in my brand new house for a total of 3 weeks. I had inventory at my current store and then started as store manager at my new store 7 days from inventory. A month later my family moved down. It has been somewhat of a transition for all of us moving from Idaho to Utah. You wouldn't think that it would be that big of a difference, but it is. We are so excited to enjoy the great outdoors in this beautiful area that we live in. That will help the transition.
