I built my tower today. Monday is the planned day to stand it up.

Is the newspaper really worth buying?

People ask me if it is really worth it to have 5 Sunday papers delivered, and to buy extras on occasion. Here is a coupon update. So far this year I have spent $118.71 on the paper. I have saved $2,188.15 from couponing. Seems worth it to me. Prior to couponing we had a hard time keeping our grocery store bill under $500/month for our family of 6. For April and May together I have only spent $490.75 at the grocery store. Our grocery store budget includes food, personal care, Rx, paper products, cleaning supplies and other household items. My wife started cloth diapering, that has also helped to save money. I don't have to spend $45/month on diapers anymore!

Since my callsign decal got ruined when my car got tagged, Carey, @ Carey's Creations, cut me a new one and I put it on my car last night.

Flag pole

I did a little concrete work around the base of my flag pole. Next will be to add a flower bed around it.
