General Exam Practice Test

Well, I've been studying to take the General Exam at the 1st Idaho State Convention. I've been taking the pratice tests and I got a good score today! I only have 1 week until the Convention, hopefully I will be able to study enough to be able to pass the test.

My House is up for Rent again. (not anymore)

As most of you know we found someone to rent our house in Idaho. Well he got fired from his job and is moving back to Cali. So I put relisted it for rent on craigslist. The very next day a family came and looked at it. They are going to sign the lease this week. Lets pray that this tenant works out.

Fast and Furious

Last night I went to see Fast and Furious with my brother. I got off work at 9:30 and picked up my brother. We had bought our tickets the day before, and it was a good thing because the ticket line was long. We got there 15 minutes early and the theater was already pretty full. We sat 4 rows back from the screen, that was really close. By the time the movie started all the seats were full. Its was a great show and a fun time hanging out with my brother.

Great News

The House is rented. Now I don't have to move back. I can stay here and keep makin' money. And maybe I can hang out with my brother.

Tomorrow, 4-3-09 Fast and Furious will be in the theaters. My Brother and I are going to see it. It is going to be awesome.

(not) For Rent

It appears as if my house is not going to sell. It is now available for rent. Do you know someone that would like to rent a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 car garage house, on a Cul-de-sac, in Nampa, ID? Has a very nice yard with full automatic sprinklers and a 128 sq ft sandbox.

iTunes

Carey and I have almost imported all of our CDs into itunes. In doing this it makes me wonder, How long is iTunes going to be a standard in music? What will be next, that I will have to transfer all of my music to? I look at my Dad's record collection, stored in crates, its a good thing they didn't put record players in car stereos. Can you imagine trying to change records while driving? And you thought cell phones were dangerous. I remember finnally getting a walkman, about the time CDs started to take over Cassettes. When I started Driving I had to have a CD player in my car. A person could pack around so many more CDs then cassettes. Now iPods hold more music then you could even listen to in a year, and you can plug it right into your car stereo. What will my kids pack their music around on?

It's a Boy

After Carey spent over 3 weeks at her aunts house in Idaho, and I spent over a week, Cole was born at 1:41am on Feb 4th. We went to The Baby Place in Meridian, ID. This was the best baby experience Carey and I have had. I was so calm and relaxed. Jerusha was the lucky Midwife to be on call that night. I called and woke her up just after midnight. And less than 2 hours later our baby boy was here. He was 8lbs 14oz, 21 1/2 inches. He has been such a peacful baby. What a blessing to our family.
